Holidays at Heritage: Parade and Tree Lighting

The festive Annual Holiday Parade will help kick off the Holidays at Heritage series of events this season. This year's Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place Saturday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. Don't miss this year's "Irving's Polar Express" Parade as it lights the streets in Irving's Heritage District.

Following the parade, visit Heritage Park for the annual traditional Tree Lighting Ceremony and activities until 9:30 p.m. Enjoy photos with Santa, live reindeer, holiday-themed crafts, holiday photo opportunities, live music and food vendors. 

Parade and Tree Lighting Schedule:

  • 6 p.m. Parade begins
  • 7:00 p.m. Activities at Heritage Park begin 
  • 7:15 p.m. Live holiday performance from the Midnight Soul Band at Heritage Park Stage
  • 8:30 p.m. Tree Lighting and Drone Light Show  
  • 9:30 p.m. Activities conclude
