City Holiday - No Trash Pickup / City Offices Closed

In observance of Christmas, there will be no residential trash, curbside recycling or brush/bulky collection on Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26. In addition, the city facilities will be closed Dec. 25-26.

In observance of Christmas, there will be no residential trash, curbside recycling or brush/bulky collection on Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26. In addition, the following facilities will be closed Dec. 25-26: 

  • City Hall
  • Hunter Ferrell Landfill      
  • Irving Animal Care Campus
  • Irving Archives and Museum                                                       
  • Irving Arts Center
  • Irving public libraries
  • North Lake Natatorium
  • Recreation centers

Special Hours

  • All Irving Library branches also are closed on Sunday, Dec. 24.

All offices will resume normal business hours Wednesday, Dec. 27.
