NEA Big Read: Family Storytime and Crafts

Families are invited to a themed storytime session at Valley Ranch Library, followed by a paper plate dragon mask craft.

NEA Big Read is a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest.

Irving's program series is made possible by an NEA grant and by the Friends of Irving Public Library.
