The annual Arbor Day Celebration features a variety of activities and interactive displays centered on trees, nature and the great outdoors.
The City of Irving is celebrating its 14th year as a Certified Tree City, USA. This year’s Arbor Day celebration will be at Heritage Park. The event will feature live entertainment, face painters, and an inflatable bounce house. City Departments will be on-hand to discuss mosquito control, water quality and other ways we can Keep Irving Beautiful.
Come climb a tree with the City of Irving Forestry Team and see, first hand, why trees are so valuable to the community in promoting healthy lives.
FREE three-gallon containerized trees will be given away to the first 150 attendees.
