Winter Fun Comes to Irving Feb. 18

The cold weather fun comes back to Irving Saturday, Feb. 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Frost Fest! Join the City of Irving at Levy Event Plaza, 501 E. Las Colinas Blvd., for a free winter festival featuring tons of fluffy snow - a rarely seen occurrence here in Texas!

Come enjoy the "cool" side of winter, without the freezing rain and slick roads. This snowy, activity-packed event includes:

  • Snow Tubing Hills
  • Two Snow Play Areas
  • Giant Snow Globe Inflatable
  • Winter Wonderland Bounce Houses
  • Caricature Art
  • Face Painters
  • Balloon Artists
  • Free Train Rides
  • Food Vendors
  • Crafts
  • Complimentary Photo Station


Free parking is available at the Waterway Tower Parking Garage. If this garage becomes full, nearby parking is available for $10 per vehicle at The Summit Parking Garage located at 545 E. John Carpenter Freeway, off Riverside Drive. 

Complimentary ADA-accessible shuttle service is provided to and from the event and the Summit Parking Garage.
