Crews are installing wi-fi at several Irving parks and other open spaces.
Williams Square Plaza already has wi-fi available. Funds for the Williams Square Plaza were provided through the Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District 1.
By the end of June, wi-fi also will be available at West, Senter, and Lively Parks, as well as Levy Event Plaza and the West Irving Aquatic Center. Funding for these facilities came from federal Community Development Block Grants.
