Library's Summer Reading Challenge Kickoff Events

Irving Public Library holds the secret to a thrilling summer for all ages! Discover live performances, crafting events and other sizzling summer activities while enjoying plenty of great reads between June 1 and July 31. Babies, children, teens and adults are all invited to participate.

Kickoff Celebrations:

Families are invited to Summer Reading Challenge Kickoff parties at the following times and dates:

  • May 27, 2:30 p.m. | West Irving Library | Brett Roberts’ Puppet Circus  
  • May 31, 2:30 p.m. | South Irving Library | Equest Mini-Horse Ambassadors
  • May 31, 2:30 p.m. | Valley Ranch Library | James Wand Magic Show
