Irving Community Television Network (ICTN) received two Awards of Excellence during the 2023 National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) Government Programming Awards Ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 5. The competition included 996 entries from across the U.S.

ICTN received highest honors from NATOA for the following videos:

• Live Community Event Coverage for Sparks and Stripes (2022)
• Military for Operation Finally Home: Welcome Home (Velez family)
