This November’s elections will see changes at the polling places and in the booth. The Dallas County Elections Department wants to ensure voters have a good understanding of the countywide Vote Centers, as well as how the new voting equipment operates.
Voters still will be able to cast ballots during early voting. In addition, they will be able to vote at any Vote Center – not just an assigned polling place – on Election Day, regardless of where one lives, works or goes to school in Dallas County.
Two public meetings remain to answer questions, provide a platform for feedback and view demonstrations of the new voting equipment that will be used in November:
6:30 to 8:30 p.m. | May 30Richardson Civic Center411 W. Arapaho Road, #102Richardson, Texas 75080
6:30 to 8:30 p.m. | June 20Ruthie Jackson Community Center3113 S. Carrier ParkwayGrand Prairie, Texas 75052
RSVP online for either meeting.
Feedback on the changes is welcome, and can be submitted online at the DallasCountyVotes.org website.
