IAS Holds Homecoming Adoption Event Oct. 15-19

It's homecoming season, and Irving Animal Services is celebrating with a free adoption event for all pets 1 year and older at Irving Animal Care Campus, 4140 Valley View Lane.

Animals will be:

  • Up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies if the animal is more than four months old.
  • Spayed or neutered.
  • Given a general dewormer and treated for fleas and ticks.
  • Microchipped and registered with 24PetWatch.
  • Tested for FeLV and FIV if the cat is at least six months old.
  • Given 30 days of 24PetWatch pet insurance, with a valid email address.
  • Given a sample bag of Science Diet food.

The IACC is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. All adoptions must be processed 30 minutes prior to closing.
