The City of Irving is making channel improvements to Delaware Creek between Cripple Creek Drive and State Highway 183.
As part of these channel improvements, the pedestrian bridge over the creek along Pilgrim Drive in between William Brewster Street and Puritan Drive must be removed. During the week of Dec. 2, the contractor will remove this pedestrian bridge. The bridge will be reinstalled after the channel improvements are complete. Completion of the project is currently estimated to be in December 2021.
The bridge is located at 1908 Pilgrim Drive. This project is part of Phase 4 of the master-planned Delaware Creek Basin drainage channel improvement project.
