Dallas County COVID-19 Test Site Moved to University of Dallas


Effective July 1, the University of Dallas (UD), 1845 E. Northgate Drive, Lot B, will begin conducting drive-thru COVID-19 tests 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and may close early if the 500 daily testing limit is reached. No appointment necessary.

Testing criteria for individuals are as follows:

  • Must be a city of Dallas or Dallas County resident with address verification (example: utility bill, library card).
  • Persons with symptoms of potential COVID-19 infection, including: fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, new loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea, and/or sore throat, or
  • Anyone 65-years-old or older, or
  • Anyone with chronic health issues (diabetes, asthma, heart issues, etc.), or
  • Any first responders, DART drivers, healthcare workers, grocery store and essential retail store workers, or
  • Persons without symptoms who have been actively engaged in large group settings, such as public gatherings or congregations of people.

Dallas County’s American Airlines Center testing site closed June 30, and this testing location will be relocated at University of Dallas. For additional details, visit Dallas County. 

Dallas County’s Ellis Davis Field House, 9191 S. Polk St., testing site will continue to conduct coronavirus test in the city of Dallas.
