Public Access Closed to City Hall

Irving, Texas, City Hall

Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases and to protect the health and safety of employees and visitors, Irving City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd., is closed to the public until further notice, except for posted public meetings. 

Utility bill payments and recycling bag sales are suspended at City Hall; however, other public business can be conducted by appointment only. View/download the Frequently Called Phone Numbers flier (PDF)

Irving Fire Department medics will screen all visitors with an appointment at City Hall upon entry. Guests should continue to follow CDC guidelines by washing their hands, wearing a face covering and avoiding close contact by maintaining 6 feet of distance between others.

Utility bill payments can be made online and at area retailers. Blue recycling bags are available at area retailers and online.

The City of Irving is committed to doing all it can to safeguard the health of both the general public and its employees, and apologizes for any inconvenience this causes visitors.
