Dallas County continues to allocate COVID-19 vaccines for group 1A, which administers vaccines to healthcare workers and first responders, as well as residents and staff in long-term care facilities, according to the county's Dec. 31 press release.
Additionally, the county says they are working with DFW Hospital Council and the Texas Department of State Health Services to determine when vaccines will be available for Dallas County individuals in group 1B, which includes residents 65 years and older and/or who have underlying conditions.
