Update: Williams Square Plaza Reconstruction

Work continues on Williams Square Plaza, 5205 N. O'Connor Blvd. The city is investing $7.8 million to improve the plaza, adding visitor-friendly greenspace and upgrading the infrastructure supporting the iconic mustang sculpture.

On Aug. 19, 2021, the Irving City Council received an update on progress of the project:
