Irving Ranked #2 Most Culturally Diverse City in U.S.

The Dallas Morning News reports the City of Irving is the second most culturally diverse city in the country. The report cites a study from personal finance website Finder. Factors of cultural diversity included sex, race, ethnicity, age, language, place of birth and citizenship of residents. Finder used U.S Census data to develop the list. Hayward, CA took the top spot.

In terms of diversity, Irving was named the most diverse city in Texas and the 21st  in the U.S. Other cities in North Texas also made the list: Arlington (45), Garland (48), Dallas (57), Fort Worth (68), Denton (125) and Plano (132).
