The City of Irving offers four types of vendor booths at various events throughout the year. These categories include:
-Artisan Vendor (handmade, unique items)
-Community Vendor (resale, non-profit and local businesses)
-Commercial Vendor (chain retailers, large-scale service providers and institutions)
-Food Vendor (food, beverage and alcohol)

Residents can inquire about using city-owned property for an event or festival by contacting Walter Thomas with the Capital Improvements Program. He can be reached via phone: (972) 721-4677 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Applicants will need to complete and submit the Temporary License and Access Agreement when requesting city-owned property that is not a designated park or recreational facility.
