Requests for fire run and fire investigation reports are managed through the city’s Records Request process. You must submit an Open Records Request form to obtain these reports. Go to the city’s Open Records Request page for more information about these requests.

Generally, two hard copies of plans, one digital copy of plans and specification sheets for the equipment intended to be used are all that is needed, but it all depends on the situation.

Yes, plan reviews are done on a first-come-first-serve basis for small jobs every Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (unless we are closed for the holidays). If the plan review requires more than 15 minutes of our plan reviewers time, they must be dropped-off for review and you will be contacted when they are ready. We now take permit plans electronically.
