10. The undersigned is the owner of the above described property. I hereby consent to the City of Irving or it’s agents to enter upon said property to conduct above said description / type of community service. It is my understanding there will be no cost to me for the cost of the service performed.
    
    I understand this consent is null and void once mentioned services have been conducted.
    
    I further release the City of Irving and it’s agents, and employees from liability for any damage to the above described property and the structure or structures on said property.
    
    El que firma al pie, es dueño de la propiedad descrita arriba. Yo, por la presente, doy consentimiento para que la Ciudad de Irving o sus representantes entren a la propiedad mencionada para que se realice el referido servicio comunitario mencionado en la parte superior. Tengo entendido que el servicio a ser efectuado no me ocasionará ningún costo.
    
    Yo entiendo que este permiso es nulo e inválido una vez que los servicio s mencionados han sido efectuados.
    
    Así mismo, yo eximo a la ciudad de Irving y a sus agentes y empleados de toda responsabilidad por cualquier daño a la propiedad arriba descrita y a la estructura o estructuras de dicha propiedad.
