2. Parade Application Instructions
   • Applications are due no later than 5 p.m. Monday, June 19. 
   • Participants are required to attend the mandatory Parade Meeting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28 at City Hall (825 W. Irving Blvd.) in the Council Chambers. Packets can be picked up beginning at 5 p.m.
   • Entries should be decorated with a patriotic theme in mind.
4. All parade participants must have a signed parade waiver form.

   All parade participants must complete this form. Please bring a signed copy of this form to the parade meeting on Wednesday, June 28. EACH parade participant must complete a parade waiver. For large groups, we highly recommend printing this form NOW and submitting all forms together at the Parade Meeting on June 28.

The length you enter on this registration form is the total length you will have upon arrival in the staging area. If you arrive with additional vehicles not listed, it could result in your entry not being in the correct line up order. Please make sure you coordinate the submitted length request with your entry driver.
