Small Business Program Provider Information Session

The City of Irving has contracted with the National Development Council (NDC) for program design and to administer a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. RFQ responses are due March 20 by 5 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT). An online information session will be held Tuesday, March 7 at 1 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.
The City of Irving is developing an economic assistance program to support business recovery from the COVID 19 pandemic and strengthen resiliency into the future. The program will combine a financial award and technical assistance to aid in the long-term resiliency of Irving’s small business community.

Highly skilled, highly effective business assistance providers are encouraged to respond to the RFQ. These organizations and individuals will help provide technical assistance to small businesses. There are multiple ways to participate depending on an organization’s capacity and areas of expertise. For example, providers could focus on a specific area of expertise or a target demographic or language.
