    Ages 15 and older and able to complete precourse swim test American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification classes prepare participants to handle emergencies, whether on land or in the water, and result in a certificate that may qualify for a job in the community. Limited scholarships available.

  1. Spring Break Camp Begins

    March 11, 2019, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM @ Available at all family recreation centers.

    City recreation centers will offer a Spring Break Camp March 11-15 for children in grades K-5. A variety of activities will be offered in a fun and safe environment, including arts and crafts, gym games, field trips and more. Campers are asked to bring a sack lunch each day, but are provided with morning and afternoon snacks. Camp hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Cost is $95 per child.

    Register in person at your neighborhood recreation center or online at https://apm.activecommunities.com/irvingrec. Spaces are limited.
