  1. Tiny Tinkers @ Valley Ranch Library

    Children in preschool through Kindergarten (ages 4-6) will be introduced to coding and building concepts using stories, DUPLOs, Codepillars, and Beebots. Participants are challenged to complete simple and engaging activities in this 45-minute program. This program is supported by the Friends of the Irving Public Library, through an award provided by Irving ShareTank.

    Space is limited to 24 pairs of participants (parent and child) and tickets are required. Please contact Valley Ranch Library for more information.

  3. Chapter Books and Cozy Nooks Book Club discusses Rumble in the Jungle

    The discussion, craft and activities will be based on the book, Rumble in the Jungle by Geronimo Stilton, based on a character created by Jeff Brown.

    In this book club, discuss a travel-themed title and participate in related activities, including a craft. Free chapter books are given out monthly, and are limited to the first ten children. Meets on the 2nd floor in study room C. Grades 1-3.
