HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and includes a combination of cardio, plyometric and stretching exercises. This class is open to youth, teens and adults ages 11 and older.

Join us for a fun evening of disc golf. More than 1,300 led lights will light up the fairways of the W.O. Harrington disc golf course. The course features nine par-3 holes. Patrons will receive a light up disc to use for the round that can be set to a personalized color. Discs will be sanitized between rounds. Tee times are available every 10 minutes from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
