Let's have fun! One person will act out a word or phrase and everyone else would have to guess what that word or phrase it.

Learn easy basic exercise to start moving. Hand weights, exercise band, mat, towel and a water bottle are needed. Some chair exercises will also be taught.

Grab some paper and a pencil and lets learn to play tic tac toe or connecting dots. These games are easy to learn and play at home with family.

In this class you will be taught about the history of the game of football. You will learn about the game itself as well as how the game of football affects thing outside of football as well. After we complete the subject for the day, we will do a craft that will associate with that day’s subject. Supplies needed: You will need access to Paint or pencil, crayons and paper to complete the craft.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and includes a combination of cardio, plyometric and stretching exercises. This class is open to youth, teens and adults ages 11 and older.
