Adults ages 50 and older are invited to tune in and join Andrea for this 60-minute toning and stretching workout. This is a great way to improve general conditioning, flexibility, and stamina. We will spend the first portion of class working on strength and endurance, followed by an extended stretching period to increase flexibility and reduce muscle stiffness.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and includes a combination of cardio, plyometric and stretching exercises. This class is open to youth, teens and adults ages 11 and older.
