Paper quilling is the art of rolling paper into small circles and creating a picture with the rolled paper. Strips of paper 1/8th wide & 12 inches or longer, pencil, glue and scissors are needed. This class is designed for students ages 10 and up.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and includes a combination of cardio, plyometric and stretching exercises. This class is open to youth, teens and adults ages 11 and older.
