Adults ages 50 and older are invited to tune in and join Andrea for this 30-minute toning and stretching workout. This is a great way to improve general conditioning, flexibility, and stamina. We will spend the first portion of class working on strength and endurance, followed by an extended stretching period to increase flexibility and reduce muscle stiffness.

This class is designed for students who want to exercise but have limitations. This class is designed to help you build strength and confidence in your workouts.
If you have a resistance band or hand weights you can use them, but this class can be done with only a chair.
