Create a custom face mask by watching a Zoom get-together. The remaining instruction classes are at 11 a.m. on July 27 and Aug. 3.The library's mask kits went quickly, but follow along the how-to videos by having your own supplies ready.Please call (972) 721-2606 for Zoom log-in information and a detailed list of supplies, including a bandana, hair ties and safety pins.

Adults ages 50 and older are invited to tune in and join Andrea for this 30-minute toning and stretching workout. This is a great way to improve general conditioning, flexibility, and stamina. We will spend the first portion of class working on strength and endurance, followed by an extended stretching period to increase flexibility and reduce muscle stiffness.
