    June 18, 2021, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Fire Station #04

    The Irving Fire Department will host an open house event for the new Fire Station 4 at 10 a.m. June 18 at 800 Metker St. The event is open to employees, residents and visitors. The event will include a ribbon-cutting and wet-down/push-back ceremony, as well as walk-throughs of the new facility. Refreshments also will be available during the event.

    Adults ages 50 and older are invited to tune in and join Andrea for this 30-minute toning and stretching workout. This is a great way to improve general conditioning, flexibility, and stamina. We will spend the first portion of class working on strength and endurance, followed by an extended stretching period to increase flexibility and reduce muscle stiffness. Open to 50-up.
