CANCELED EVENT: Irving Writers Salon

The program on May 17 has been canceled.

On the third Tuesday of each month, meet fellow local writers interested in sharing their latest works and improving writing techniques. The Writers Salon is open to adults of all levels of writing experience, with or without working manuscripts. Readers are welcome to join in to listen and provide feedback, and writers are encouraged to bring samples of their work to share, but it is not required. For Zoom login information, please email lopella@cityofirving.org.

Irving Public Library Storytime Calendar

Irving Public Library offers a variety of storytimes for all ages and throughout the week. Please see the "Storytime Events" category or the calendar link for details.

Family Storytime @ South Irving Library

All ages. Listen to stories and sing songs during this bonding time for the entire family.

A parent or caregiver should be present, and is encouraged to engage and participate in the storytime.

The first Tuesday of the month is a bilingual storytime in English and Spanish.

Storytime will not be held May 17.

Toddler Storytime @ West Irving Library

Ages 1 to 3 years old. Take part in stories, songs, finger plays and a lot of movement.

A parent or caregiver should be present, and is encouraged to engage and participate in the storytime.
