DIY Sticker Kit

Beginning Nov. 1, pick up a kit with supplies to create stickers at home. While supplies last. Adults.

National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) Nov. 1-30

During November, complete a 50,000-word original novel by writing a certain number of words each day. This year, join other dedicated wordsmiths at South Irving Library during National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and the Irving Writers Salon. All programs are at 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays, with the exception of Nov. 23, when the library is closed.

Nov. 2: Kickoff.
Nov. 9 and 16: Irving Writers Salon.
Nov. 30: Wrap-Up Party.

All writers and readers are welcome. Sharing work is not required. Adults.

Novel Fiction Book Club: The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides

Discuss the selected title with other readers at this monthly book club. The title is available on Hoopla Digital, and print copies are available for checkout at Valley Ranch Library while they last.

Valley Ranch Library family storytime sessions require tickets, as space is limited. Tickets are free and are available beginning 30 minutes prior to the session start time.

Please check the holiday calendar for library closures.

Note: Storytimes at all library locations will be on break from Dec. 24 to Dec. 30. Valley Ranch storytimes will be on break Feb. 19 to March 11.
