There are two shelters available
- Irving resident rate for the large shelter: $30 per hour
- Non-resident rate for the large shelter: $60 per hour
- Irving resident rate for the small shelter: $10 per hour
- Non-resident rate for the small shelter: $20 per hour
- Reservations are not required but are recommended
- Reservations require a two-hour minimum
