We track the keywords that are entered into our search engine to measure interest in specific topics, but we do not track which terms a particular user enters.

Email

Personally identifiable information contained in a question or comment sent to the City of Irving in an email message or in an online form submitted to the City will be used by the City to respond to the request and to analyze trends. The City may redirect the message to another city department or person who is in a better position to answer the question. We treat email the same way we treat letters sent to the city.

Email Subscription List

Information about the Texas Public Information Act is available from the Office of the Texas Attorney General. The City of Irving will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities deemed to be illegal.
